Les recommandations sur le thème « Diagnostic et traitement curatif de l’infection bactérienne précoce du nouveau-né » ont été élaborées à la demande de la Fédération nationale des pédiatres néonatologistes. Elles font suite aux recommandations relatives à la « Prévention anténatale du risque infectieux bactérien néonatal précoce », finalisées sous l’égide de l’ANAES en septembre 2001.

Le groupe de travail suggère une actualisation de ces recommandations dans 3 ans.

Abstract (English)  :

These guidelines on "Diagnosis and treatment of early neonatal bacterial infection" were produced at the request of the French Fédération nationale des pédiatres néonatologistes. They follow on from the guidelines on "Antenatal prevention of the risk of early neonatal bacterial infection" produced in September 2001. The working group suggested that they should be updated in 3 years’time.
