Argument (français) : | Les attitudes en obstétrique sont moins interventionnistes dans le groupe IM. Les raisons peuvent être liées à la sélection de biais ou à des pratiques obstétricales différentes dans les deux groupes. Les effets positifs sur les résultats maternels et néonataux sont assez positifs. |
Argument (English): | The obstetrics attitudes are less interventionist in the IM group. The reasons can be linked to bias selection or to different obstetrics practices in both groups. Positive effects in terms of maternal and neonatal outcomes are quite positive. |
Argumento (português): | As atitudes obstétricas são menos intervencionistas no grupo de MI. Os motivos podem estar relacionados à seleção de vieses ou a diferentes práticas obstétricas nos dois grupos. Efeitos positivos em termos de resultados maternos e neonatais são bastante positivos. |
