Argument (français) : | Danemark. 24 505 naissances, 112 morts-nés, 75 décès néontals. Plus de risques pour les femmes obsèses (indice de masse corporelle IMC supérieur ou égal à 30 kg/m2), pas pour celles en surpoids IMC 25-30 ou sous-poids (IMC <18,5). Mêmes résultats si on exclut les diabètes. Les décès ne sont pas liés à une cause unique. Plus de décès intrautérins inexpliqués et de dysfonctionnements foeto-placentaires. |
