Abstract (English)  :

Case report, G4P2 adm for labor induction. FHT normal until full dilation when fetal bradycardia developed and persisted until delivery. With the use of forceps, vtx delivered but head retraction was encountered, attempts at delivery unsuccessful requiring a CS. Findings were body anterior to the already contracted, anterolaterally ruptured uterus. An abdominally assisted vaginal delivery was accomplished.
