Abstract (English)  :

331 women had x ray pelvimetry after CS, 248 (75%) had inadequate pelvimetry and 83 (25%) were normal. 76 of the inadeq. pelvimetry attempted TOL with 51 delivering vaginally. All 3 UR occurred in pts with adeq. pelvis. Conc-practice of x ray pelvimetry should be abandoned.
