Argument (français) : | Lorsque l’on comptabilise les dechirures visibles, le massage perineal pendant la grossesse semble proteger le perinee, au moins pour les primipares. Mais lorsque l’on considere la douleur, la dyspareunie, et les incontinences, a 3 mois post-partum, ce massage n’a aucun effet. |
