Argument (français) : | Il y a plusieurs indications pour un accouchement vaginal assisté ; celles-ci pourraient être dues à une atteinte fœtale, à des indications maternelles pour éviter la manœuvre de Valsalva, ou à une progression insuffisante du travail. Aucune indication n’est absolue et chaque cas doit être considéré individuellement. |
Argument (English): | There are several indications for assisted vaginal delivery; these could be due to fetal compromise, maternal indications to avoid Valsalva, or inadequate progress in labour. No indication is absolute and each case should be considered individually. |
