Abstract (English) : | BACKGROUND: Intrathecal injection of sufentanil offers labour pain relief of short duration. This double-blind randomised study evaluates if the combination of adenosine to sufentanil could give relevant prolongation (40%) of the duration of sufentanil spinal analgesia. |
