Argument (français) : | Les initiatives visant à accroître l’accès aux traitements chirurgicaux en Afrique devraient être associées à une meilleure surveillance de la détérioration de la physiologie chez les patients qui développent des complications postopératoires et des ressources nécessaires pour atteindre cet objectif. |
Argument (English): | Initiatives to increase access to surgical treatments in Africa should be coupled with improved surveillance for deteriorating physiology in patients who develop postoperative complications, and the resources necessary to achieve this objective. |
