Résumé (français) : | 1. La médicalisation de l’accouchement s’est accompagnée de l’adoption de la position horizontale lors de l’expulsion foetale. Il paraît utile de s’interroger sur la mécanique obstétricale entraînée par cette position maternelle et ses conséquences maternelle et foetale. D’autres positions existent qui semblent améliorer la qualité subjective de l’expulsion. |
