Résumé (français) : | L’élargissement de la procréation médicalement assistée (PMA) aux couples de femmes, aux femmes seules, mais également qu’elle soit permise même après la mort du père, sera sans doute au centre des débats de la révision des lois de bioéthique qui aura lieu à l’automne, comme il l’a été des réflexions du Conseil d’État dans un rapport publié récemment. |
Abstract (English) : | The extension of medically assisted procreation (PMA) to couples of women, to single women, but also that it be allowed even after the death of the father, will undoubtedly be at the center of the debates on the revision of the laws of bioethics which will take place in the autumn, as it has been at the core of the reflections of the Council of State in a recently published report. |
