Abstract (English) : | The psychological trauma is today more than ever up to date. One could almost think, indeed, that it is about a newly born disorder, so much the enthusiasm of the professionals of various sectors, for the psychic trauma, is important. In our countries, it is no longer only a question of looking at combatants involved in conflicts, but also of putting in place approaches to meet the needs of civilian populations faced with the hazards of everyday life. This concern manifests itself at two levels, curative and preventive. The presentation of therapeutic projects and preventive initiatives makes a legion in scientific publications and in international congresses. “The psychological debriefings in question …“ is at the heart of this debate as a collective work bringing together a multitude of European experts who question and share practices from specific contexts (the army, the firefighters, humanitarian workers, etc.). In the particular field of intervention that is psychological debriefing, the theoretical elaboration of psychic traumas and the contextualization of practices are elements that will make it possible to avoid the standardization of the interventions as it took place in the Anglo world. -sound around the “critical incident stress debriefing“. This book points out a fundamental element: helping victims of traumatic events feeds on the experience of the worker. In a field of intervention still so much crossed by theoretical-clinical a priori the present work participates actively and in a deep way in the development of the theoretical-clinical corpus of psychotraumatology and its interventions. |
