Argument (français) : | Comparaison des résultats sur les déchirures du sphincter anal entre la position à genoux et la position assise pendant le second stade du travail : pas de différence significative. Mais plus de périnées intacts en position à genoux, plus d’épisiotomie en position assise, ce qui pourrait être associé à plus de risques de lacérations du sphincter anal. |
