Abstract (English)  :

Compared all patients with 1 versus 2 prior CS attempting VBAC. There were 20,175 patients attempting VBAC after 1 prior CS and 3,970 attempting VBAC after 2 PCS. The rate of success was similar (75.5% versus 74.6%) They found that the risk of morbidity was higher in those attempting VBAC after 2 PCS but that the absolute risk remains low. (Adjusted odds ration 1.61 versus 2.26)
