Abstract (English) : | Retro, 132 pts who had a PCS during the second stage of labor, 103 were allowed a TOL with 82 (80%) being successful. Conc: In women with a cephalic presentation who had an arrest of descent in the second stage of labor with their PCS, the chances of vaginal delivery are high. |
