Abstract (English) :	Retro, deliveries 1988-94. Instituted a program of increasing awareness, confidential provider feedback and more aggressive laboring techniques. Results overall CS rate fell from 31.1% to 15.4%, primary fell 17.9% to 9.8%. The drop in repeat CS rate was accounted by an increase VBAC.
