Abstract (English) : | Case report, Hx of uncomplicated D+C for incomplete was seen at 33 weeks gestation c/o decreased fetal movement and intermittent abdominal pain for one week. US demonstrated oligohydramnios and a fundal uterine rent continuous with a large fluid-filled cystic mass. Laparotomy revealed a R cornual uterine rent with hourglass amniotic sac. A healthy infant was delivered by CS. |
