Abstract (English) : | 220 pts with hx of PCS, 66% had successful VBAC of those with TOL. Success correlated directly with the number of prior vaginal deliveries and inversely with the number of PCS. Maternal and fetal outcomes did not differ with TOL or no TOL. |
