Abstract (English)  :

Patient information aims to obtain informed consent for each medical procedure. Inform rather than abruptly see insult. Sometimes, due to lack of explanation of what has been done, patients feel humiliated. Throughout pregnancy, the words and attitudes of health professionals can be experienced as violent even if they seem trivial for caregivers. Without going so far as to talk about obstetric violence, childbirth itself can be a traumatic event. It is especially the attitude and the listening of the health professionals that will be appreciated by the patients.
