Abstract (English) : | The care of the pregnant woman and her delivery has evolved a lot in recent years. Scientific knowledge, organizations, legislation, women themselves, have changed. Obstetric reasoning has gained objectivity; it is not only built on the experience of one or the influence of a school, it is also based on evidence and recommendations. An obstetric work had to bring together all the recent achievements. For this purpose, the skills of all those devoted to perinatal care, especially midwives and gynecologists-obstetricians, have been brought together. Several chapters, reflecting these exchanges, were written in pairs, others by one or the other according to sensitivities. Forbidden, anesthetists, pediatricians, and many specialists have been asked to offer readers the most appropriate medical culture possible. |
Conhecimento científico, organizações, legislação, as próprias mulheres, mudaram. |
