Argument (français) : | De plus en plus d’interventions de routine sont pratiquées sans preuve de leur efficacité, sous la pression du secteur privé, du médico-légal, sans consentement éclairé. Des taux plus élevés d’accouchement normaux seraient obtenus simplement en changeant les croyances et en implémentant la pratique de la médecine factuelle. |
Argument (English): | More and more routine interventions are being performed without evidence of their effectiveness, under pressure from the private sector, the forensic, without informed consent. Higher rates of normal childbirth would be achieved simply by changing beliefs and implementing the practice of evidence-based medicine. |
Argumento (português): | Intervenções cada vez mais rotineiras estão sendo realizadas sem evidências de sua eficácia, sob pressão do setor privado, o forense, sem o consentimento informado. Taxas mais altas de parto normal seriam alcançadas simplesmente mudando as crenças e implementando a prática da medicina baseada em evidências. |
