Argument (français) : | L’expression abdominale est associée à une augmentation de dystocies de l’épaule et de l’acidose fœtale. Dans les accouchements spontanés, le risque d’abaisser les scores d’Apgar après 5 et 10 minutes est augmenté, ainsi que le risque de déchirures du sphincter anal. |
Argument (English): | Uterine fundal pressure is associated with increased occurrence of shoulder dystocia and fetal acidosis. In spontaneous deliveries, the risk for lower Apgar scores after 5 and 10 min is increased, as well as the risk for anal sphincter tears. |
Argumento (português): | A expressão abdominal está associada ao aumento da distocia de ombro e acidose fetal. Em partos espontâneos, o risco de diminuir os escores de Apgar após 5 e 10 minutos é aumentado, bem como o risco de rupturas do esfíncter anal. |
