Les troubles psychosomatiques ont suscité un grand intérêt depuis la mise en place des Cellules d’urgence médico-psychologiques. La problématique du soin des patients traumatisés psychiques fait l’objet de ce livre qui envisage la psychopathologie du phénomène et sa prise en charge thérapeutique. L’ouvrage est orienté vers le traitement et s’appuie sur de nombreux cas cliniques. A l’occasion de cette nouvelle édition, l’auteur a ajouté un texte sur le déroulement de la psychothérapie et a développé l’analyse d’une observation clinique.

Abstract (English)  :

Psychosomatic disorders have aroused great interest since the setting up of medical and psychological emergency cells. The problem of the care of traumatized psychic patients is the subject of this book which considers the psychopathology of the phenomenon and its treatment. The book is treatment-oriented and relies on many clinical cases. On the occasion of this new edition, the author added a text on the course of psychotherapy and developed the analysis of a clinical observation.

Os distúrbios psicossomáticos têm despertado grande interesse desde o estabelecimento de células de emergência médica e psicológica. O problema do cuidado de pacientes psíquicos traumatizados é o tema deste livro que considera a psicopatologia do fenômeno e seu tratamento. O livro é orientado para o tratamento e baseia-se em muitos casos clínicos. Na ocasião desta nova edição, o autor acrescentou um texto sobre o curso da psicoterapia e desenvolveu a análise de uma observação clínica.
