Abstract (English)  :

To perform an emergent caesarean section is a quite common situation in labor suite. Time is guided by the level of distress of the foetus. Each country has attempted to set the ideal length of time from decision to delivery. This time constraint could negatively impact the quality of mother’s analgesia and well being. Optimisation of the management requires to work on logistical and technical conditions as well as on the improvement of verbal and non-verbal communication.
