Résumé (français) : | Les femmes qui ont rapporté des facteurs de stress durant la grossesse (et plus spécifiquement celles ayant une source de stress lié au partenaire) ont une prévalence accrue de développer un stress post traumatique en post partum. Ces données devraient amener à faire des dépistages systématiques durant la grossesse et à proposer de l’aide. |
