Argument (français) : | L’effet protecteur hautement significatif des épisiotomies médiolatérales dans les deux types d’accouchement par voie vaginale opérante justifie les conclusions selon lesquelles ce type d’épisiotomie devrait être utilisé systématiquement lors de ces interventions pour protéger les sphincters anaux. |
Argument (English): | The highly significant protective effect of mediolateral episiotomies in both types of operative vaginal delivery warrants the conclusions that this type of episiotomy should be used routinely during these interventions to protect the anal sphincters. |
Argumento (português): | O efeito protetor altamente significativo das episiotomias mediolaterais em ambos os tipos de parto vaginal operatório justifica as conclusões de que esse tipo de episiotomia deve ser rotineiramente usado durante esses procedimentos para proteger os esfíncteres anais. |
