Argument (français) : | Etude sur large population en Suède. Pour chaque catégorie d’indice de masse corporelle (IMC) (moins de 20, 20-25, 25-30, plus de 30), l’étude trouve à partir de quel gain de poids pendant la grossesse on trouve un accroissement du risque de complications (pééclampsie, hémorragies postpartum, complications veineuses [?veinous complications], dystocie des épaules, complications d’anesthésie, morts-nés après 28 SG, détresse respiratoire du nouveau né, infection bactérienne, problèmes hémorragiques, convulsions, mort périnatale, et score Apgar inférieur à 7 à 5 minutes). Les limites de prise de poids trouvées sont inférieures à celles recommandées actuellement: moins de 10 kg pour tout le monde, moins de 9 kg pour IMC 25-30, moins de 6 kg pour les IMC supérieures à 30. |
