Argument (français) : | Etude islandaise. Plus on mange en quantité pendant la grossesse, plus on prend du poids. De même, plus on boit de lait, plus on prend du poids. Valable pour tout le monde (quel que soit indice de masse corporelle IMC et prise de poids forte/faible). Plus on est grosse avant grossesse (IMC), plus on a de risques de prendre trop de poids. Si on prend moins de poids que recommandé, on fait des bébés plus petits et la durée de gestation est plus courte. |
