Abstract (English) : | FHT and uterine patters of 50 women with uterine rupture were compared with 601 tracings of controls without scarred uteri. Interobserver and intraobserver agreements of FHT and uterine tracings in the uterine rupture group were excellent. Found much higher rates of severe fetal bradycardia, fetal tachycardia, reduced baseline variability, uterine tachysystole and disappearance of contractions in the uterine rupture group during the first stage. Found in the second stage of labor that the uterine rupture group had a much higher rate of reduced baseline variability, severe variable decelerations, uterine tachysystole and disappearance of contractions. |
