Retro, 475 patients with Hx of PCS, 136 had elective CS and 339 underwent a TOL of whom 82% were successful. Attempted to develop a scoring system based on 5 factors significantly associated with successful VBAC, each factor had 0-3 score. (Abnormal presentation as indication for first CS, previous VBAC, cervical dilation, gestational age <41 weeks and lower gestational age at the time of the first CS.) The proposed score may help obstetricians when counseling patients.
