Abstract (English) :	45 uterine ruptures for an incid of 1 in 2213 deliveries. Risk factors for uterine rupture include: previous cesarean, prior CS for CPD, malpresentation, induction and augmentation. Conclusion: Careful monitoring needed. Use of Oxytocin or prostaglandin should be used judiciously to prevent catastrophic uterine rupture.
