Abstract (English) : | Dealing With Medical Interventions : It can be difficult to make decisions about medical interventions while you’re also coping with the intensity of labour - so preparation in advance is vital. If you’re concerned about induction, for example, learn about it, and think about what circumstances might lead you to accept an induced labour even if you are generally unenthusiastic about the idea. You have the right to make an informed decision about any medical procedure, and should feel free to ask for as much information as you need. |
