Abstract (English) :	Retro., 26 cases of proven UR. Clinical presentations included abnormal FHT (25%), bloody amniotic fluid (20%) for pts. with a scarred uterus. Those with an unscarred uterus presented with postpartum hemorrhage (50%) and shock (33%). there was one maternal death (3.8%) and the overall incid of fetal loss was 7.4%.
