Abstract (English)  :

Record review of 435 pts with > 1 PCS compared with 1206 pts with one PCS. Uterine wound separation occurred in 9/435 versus 16/1206 (not sig.). VBAC was less successful with more than one PCS (64% versus 77%). Important adverse outcomes were infrequent and not related to the number of PCS.
