Argument (français) : | Une abondante littérature médicale permet d’estimer la fréquence des insuffisances d’anesthésie pour césarienne entre 0,1 % et plus de 10 % selon le type d’anesthésie locorégionale (ALR) les taux les plus élevés s’observant en cas d’analgésie péridurale complétée, et selon les conditions de réalisation de cette intervention. |
Argument (English): | An abundant medical literature estimates the frequency of anesthesia failure for caesarean section between 0.1% and more than 10%, depending on the type of locoregional anesthesia (ALR), the highest rates observed in case of analgesia epidural, and according to the conditions of realization of this intervention. |
